Having a collection of ‘snippets of text’ will speed up leaving notes on Contact records, as well as responses in chats and emails.

• What text are you repeating every day/week that could become a snippet?
• Do you leave the same ‘notes’ on records that could be turned into Snippets?
• What Snippets could you use in emails that could save time?
